Hi-C40 Mobile Jaw Crusher

The Hi-C40 Mobile Jaw Crusher is a portable crusher with a 6' hydraulic discharge miniveyor designed for on-site crushing for those tricky, hard to access places where you can create your own gravel right on-site. The Hi-C40 has 60 tons of crushing power built into a portable piece of equipment. You can crush just about anything from stones and rocks, bricks and blocks, kerb stone, broken concrete and even broken concrete with rebar, and with a fully adjustable jaw you can create finished products from ¾" up to 3" pieces.

The crusher is built on a 28" 2 speed hydro-static, self propelled, tracked driven platform powered by a 9½" hp Kubota diesel air cooled engine, giving you the ability to go through a standard doorway and access spots where fill size crushers could never go.

For inside work where noise is a concern, the engine runs at 86 decibals. The crusher also meets California air emissions standards, and if dry scrubbers are installed, air quality is cleaner than propane.
